The Restaurant at Address Boulevard is a classic dream restaurant, straight out of the fantasies with an out-of-the-ordinary dining experience . It offers an apartment style dinning options where you can choose to dine in its library, games room, music room, dressing room, dinning room, collection room, study room, elite lounge or a secret room too. You may even dine al fresco on their family-friendly outdoor terrace.
We had a quick tour of the restaurant and I was thoroughly carried away by the exquisite dressing room showcasing designer labels in mannequin displays. Sounds like a dream, huh? Apart from there distinctive interior, they serve the finest food and a selection of unique drinks.
The dinner here was definitely one the highlight during our stay at Address Boulevard. We had a most unique dinning experience with little stimulation and entertainment during our dinner. As it was my first time dining here so I decided to go with our waiters recommendations from the menu. Oh boy, I’m so glad I did that.
For the starter we had their infamous Grilled octopus. It was probably the best octopus dish I have had in ages. Beautifully marinated octopus with an incredible char-grilled flavor. The texture of the octopus was perfectly tender.
Our second starter was the satisfying Watermelon Halloumi salad of contrasting flavors and textures. It was a perfect summer salad with a salty cheese cooled by crisp and sweet watermelon and the whole mix is sweetened by the pomegranate dressing and topped with walnuts.
We also opted their Trio Hummus three varieties of creamy and thick hummus with expertly seasoned toppings like feta & olive, lamb ragu and roasted seasonal mushroom. The revolutionary combo of marinated sliced lamb on top of creamy chickpea puree was an absolute winner.
For the main course I have ordered their Josper Grilled Wagyu Striploin in medium rare. This dish was just perfect – tender flavor and succulent texture. The chimichurri on the top was a good addition to this dish. Also I loved the creamy sweet potato mousse (or mash) on the side. I was really pleased with not only the texture of the meat, but the delicious flavor of this dish.
My partner ordered the Roasted Corn Fed Chicken Breast, as he is not an experimental foodie like me and always settle down with some Chicken dishes from the menu. Roasted chicken was served with creamy polenta, heirloom caroots and morel mushroom jus. It was incredibly tender and juicy.
For dessert, we have settled down with Easter Delights. This dessert had a beautiful concoction of dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut & date sponge, caramelized walnut and pistachio ice cream. It was one the most eye popping sugar rush – it is seriously nom nom.
The staff here sets it’s standard even higher with their astounding hospitality. Not only they are impeccably dressed but also possess an encyclopedic knowledge of every dish from the menu. Overall it is a fine dinning with a finest and precise service.
